Book Befikar is a travel company from Mumbai. The name joins two ideas: booking a trip, and feeling befikar, carefree, once you have.
Why we started
Planning a short trip in India often means chasing a PDF on WhatsApp, guessing what "all-inclusive" covers, and finding out about a seven-hour drive on the morning you leave.
We think the itinerary is the product. So we write every plan hour by hour, put what is and is not included side by side, and publish the cancellation terms next to the price.
Some trips are run by our own team and some by partner organisers we work with directly. Either way, the plan you read is the plan you get.
The plan comes first
We publish the full itinerary before we ask for money. If a day involves eight hours on the road, it says so.
Plain prices
Every price says who it is for, what sharing it assumes and what is not included.
A person you can call
Every trip has a named trip lead and a support line that answers during the trip.
