Trip-specific questions are answered on each itinerary. These cover booking and payments for every trip.
How do I book a trip?
Open any itinerary, choose a departure date and send an enquiry. Our team confirms availability and shares a secure payment link.
How much do I pay upfront?
Your seat is confirmed once we receive the advance payment, and the balance is due before departure. The booking amount is non-refundable.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are shown before 5% GST, and international trips also attract TCS. Both are listed under 'Not included' on each itinerary.
Can I travel solo?
Yes. Most people join solo. Rooms are on triple sharing, and we match you with same-gender roommates where possible.
What happens if a trip is cancelled because of weather?
If the trip is cancelled due to weather, natural calamity or government orders, you get a credit note after non-refundable costs (such as train tickets) are deducted.
Who runs the trips?
Trips are operated by Book Befikar and partner organisers we work with directly. The organiser for each trip is named on its booking confirmation.
Is there an age limit?
Treks are for ages 12 and above with a guardian under 18. Other trips welcome children from age 6. Specific limits are shown on each itinerary.
