Cancellation and refund policy
This policy applies to all trips booked on Book Befikar unless a trip page states different terms. Draft for review: confirm with your legal adviser before launch.
If you cancel
- 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the package cost is deducted.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% is deducted.
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% is deducted.
- Less than 7 days before departure, or no-show: no refund.
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
Train tickets
- Train tickets are non-refundable once booked.
- Any train refund follows IRCTC rules only.
If the trip is cancelled
- If the trip is cancelled due to weather, natural calamity or government orders, you get a credit note after non-refundable costs are deducted.
- No refunds for sightseeing missed due to weather, road or permission issues.
Booking
- Your seat is confirmed after the advance payment; the balance is due before departure.
